All sales made through Royal Peps are final. Due to the nature of our research peptide products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances.

No Refunds We do not offer refunds once an order has been placed and processed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at theroyalpeps@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement for the affected item.

Lost Shipments If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will work with the carrier to investigate. Royal Peps is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
