How fast do you ship?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is being evaluated for future expansion.
Products & Storage
How should peptides be stored?
Lyophilized (powder) peptides should be stored at -20°C in a dry, dark environment. Once reconstituted, store at 4°C and use within 30 days. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
What purity levels can I expect?
All ROYAL PEPS compounds are verified at ≥98% purity via third-party HPLC analysis.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of research compounds, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact our support team immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
